It's moist, sweet (from ripe bananas) and just everything you could ask for in a banana bread/cake.
Here's the recipe:

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Add sugar then mix well until like a puree.
Add oil, vanilla, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder to the banana mixture. Mix well.
Sieve the flour with baking soda, baking powder into the bowl with banana mixture.
Lastly, add sunflower seeds and fold in.
Pour the bread/cake mixture into the loaf pan.
Bake at 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the bread comes out clean.
Once out of oven, wait until cool enough to remove bread from pan.

- 4 medium sized ripe or over-ripe bananas (300g)
- 180g wholemeal flour
- 100ml canola oil
- 3 tbsp unrefined cane sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Sunflower seed (as much as you like)
