The Boneless Kitchen

June 30, 2016

This lovely Korean restaurant is such a blessing to all vegetarians/vegans who love Korean food and its culture. It's a very cozy and authentic-looking place which has tasty, popular Korean food. The menu at The Boneless kitchen is really great because it specifies whether there's egg or not, making it a lot easier to order vegan food :)

The link to The Boneless Kitchen website (which includes the menu) is here.

Complimentary sides: Seaweed & peanuts

Kimchi jeon (Kimchi pancake)
I could eat a dozen of these. It's super tasty and not overly spicy. It's quite oily but I guess that's what makes it delicious. It's really chewy and I think it's a must try. It's rather affordable and it comes in a pretty small portion.

Kimchi jjigae with rice/noodles
If you are a kimchi lover, you HAVE to try this. It tasted very fresh and authentic. I got mine with noodles and it was so tasty!! It can be quite spicy but it's so shiok. They're quite generous with the ingredients as well :)  This is one of their popular items so it's definitely a must-try!

Overall, The Boneless Kitchen is really great because there aren't many (if any) other vegetarian Korean eateries in Singapore. I'm glad that there is an option for vegetarians and vegans to go for when they're craving some Korean delicacies :))

That's all for this post for now, bye!
