Xuan Miao Vegan

Located in Paya Lebar Square, a mall with heavy human traffic for its size, Xuan Miao Vegan is doing very well! There's a new outlet which opened up in the foodcourt in Tampines mall and I'm really happy about that :)
The service there is good and it's always crowded during peak hours especially. Due to this fact, waiting time is usually quite long but definitely worth it.
If you're looking for vegan local food, especially noodles, this is the place to go :)
I've always loved the sour and spicy taste of tom yum. They are generous with the portion of noodles and vegetables. The 'ikan bilis' which they used to garnish the noodles is crunchy and quite tasty as well, they're not as salty as the real thing either. This dish is simple and delicious :)
9: U-Mian Noodles Dry
Easily one of the top vegan dry noodles in Singapore. The sauce is delicious with the well-cooked noodles. The soup is full of vegetables and beancurd. It's a very filling and satisfying meal! I go for this option on the menu often, it's my personal favourite so far. It's so good that I haven't really tried many other options out, haha.
